Anyone, of any age, at any time in their life, may access psychological services, whether they have a diagnosed mental health condition, are working through changes in their lives, or are in need of an assessment or diagnosis.

We provide evidence-based therapy that is trauma informed, neurodiversity affirming and individualized. We centre your lived experience and will support your unique preferences, needs, and goals. Our psychologists are trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), mindfulness based therapies, somatic therapies, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), motivational interviewing, schema therapy, and solution focused therapy.

Fees:
All psychology sessions are 50 minutes in length and cost $220.
​
Rebates:
Medicare and private health rebates are available with a GP referral.
We can support NDIS self and plan managed participants.
Our psychologists are NSW Workcover registered.
