Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a workplace  program designed to assist employees with personal and work-related issues, which could include stress management, burnout, relationship issues, dealing with a critical incident, and other concerns that impact mental health & wellbeing. Our EAP also focuses on preventative care, education, skill development to support employees realise their potential while ensuring optimal health and wellbeing in the workplace.

EAP is funded by employers who are committed to achieving work, health and safety in their workplace, increase work performance and productivity, reduce absenteeism, reduce conflict and occupational stress, improve staff morale, reduce worker’s compensation claims, and overall, improve employee satisfaction, enhance employer-employee relationships, maintain and improve staff retention rates, and foster a positive work culture.

 

Vital Health & Wellbeing Centre works with employers to tailor a program to suit the needs or their organisation/business, offering several pricing models to suit the size of their workforce and budget.

Our highly qualified and experienced team of counsellors and psychologists support employees of all ages, and a variety of industries and workplace sectors, via our online sessions, which are accessible, timely, and confidential.
