    24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention for anyone experiencing emotional distress or needing someone to talk to.

    Free, confidential counselling and support for children and young people aged 5–25.

    24/7 counselling and support for men dealing with mental health, relationships, stress and other personal challenges.

    24/7 counselling for people feeling suicidal, worried about someone, or affected by suicide.
