As a Dietitian, I advise people on the specific nutritional management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, cancer, obesity, gastrointestinal disorders and general allergies and intolerances. I translate scientific nutrition information into personalised and practical diet advice. A consultation with me includes a diet and lifestyle assessment, plus nutrition education and meal plans designed to meet the specific needs of the individual. I also develop strategies to overcome barriers to adopting a new diet to support your journey towards your health goals. Progress is monitored regularly based on individual requirements.
An Initial Assessment usually takes 60-90mins and a Review Assessment is 30-45mins. Costs are $120 and $80 respectively.

Charmaine's background in Gymnastics & Acrobatic Gymnastics, both coaching and competing, started her on a search for more effective ways to help people achieve their goals. Initially Charmaine sought practitioners from a range of different modalities to try to achieve her own goals. Charmaine's interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine and finding more effective ways to strengthen the body against injury led her to Sports Kinesiology.

Matty Woods
Matty is a remedial massage therapist with a history of sporting achievements and sporting injuries. It was as a junior athlete that he became increasingly aware of the crucial role played by massage therapists everywhere.
Matty has completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage at the esteemed Karuna College of Massage Therapies, which specialises in remedial and sports massage. His treatments incorporate trigger point therapy, Chinese cupping and cryotherapy and are particularly well suited to athletes, both amateur and professional.
