The Ten Week Program
This 10 week program will focus on using healthy eating principles to achieve realistic weight loss goals. It has been designed to combine the supportive network of groups and friends with individual assessment and diet prescription
The Group (4 sessions)
The group will be 5-10 people who share a nutrition goal such as weight loss,diabetes, or heart disease. The information session will focus on health, food principles, practical strategies, motivation and goal setting.
This offers a unique opportunity to meet with other dieters to discuss personal dieting experiences.
The Individual Assessments (3 Sessions)
The individual sessions will provide a more personal approach to achieving weight loss and will consist of assessment of body dimensions, diet and medical history and nutrition goals
The Resources
You will be provided with a workbook to record notes, your data andyour goals. Education materials from the information sessions will be included. You will also get a formal assessment report for you and your GP.
Get your GP involved!
The research has demonstrated that people are more likely to achieve their weight loss goals of their GP is involved. It will valuable to get you cholesterol and blood pressure checked prior to commencing the program.
The Costs:
- Individual: $180pp
- 2-4 persons: $150
- 5 or more persons: $130

About Julia
Julia completed her studies in Nutrition, Dietetics and Exercise Science.
In her current practice as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Julia works primarily with people for weight loss, diabetes, heart disease and kidney disease.
