Meditation

Meditation has been embraced for most as a self-help tool for promoting good health and managing stress. Meditation results in clearing one’s mind, which promotes a sense of calm and heightened awareness. Meditation produces profound changes in the brain, and that it can assist recovery from some physical and emotional illness.

Beginners Yoga

A ten week course especially for those that have never done any yoga before or for those who wish to revisit the basics. This course will provide you with the fundamentals of practicing yoga and classes will move slowly with a focus on alignment and safety. A great way to start your yoga journey!

Mixed Level Yoga

Mixed level general hatha yoga suitable for everyone. Classes embrace the fullness of yoga, focusing on the breath, mind and body and include asana (postures), breath work and meditation. As this is a mixed level class many options and modifications are offered to allow each person in the class to benefit from the practice.

Prenatal Yoga

A five week course for pregnant women in their second and third trimesters looking for a chance to relax and unwind. The practice will include a mix of gentle stretches as well as restorative poses using the support of blankets, bolsters and chairs. A nice way to enjoy yoga in an intimate and personal setting.
