Yoga
Classes begin with some ‘quiet time’ or meditation to help to quieten the mind in preparation for the class. We then move through a series of asanas (postures) to open, stretch and strengthen the body. The asanas are performed with a focus on correct alignment and coordination with your breath, creating a meditative aspect.
Core
Aimed at improving core function and integrating it into movement patterns of everyday life to improve balance, coordination and posture - Tighten and tone your body Get rid of back pain for good!
Meditation
Meditation has been embraced for most as a self-help tool for promoting good health and managing stress. Meditation results in clearing one’s mind, which promotes a sense of calm and heightened awareness. Meditation produces profound changes in the brain, and that it can assist recovery from some physical and emotional illness.
