Bio:
Charmaine’s background in Gymnastics & Acrobatic Gymnastics, both coaching and competing, started her on a search for more effective ways to help people achieve their goals. Initially Charmaine sought practitioners from a range of different modalities to try to achieve her own goals. Charmaine’s interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine and finding more effective ways to strengthen the body against injury led her to Sports Kinesiology.
She studied Sports Kinesiology for two and half years. Following her graduation Charmaine has spent two and half years practicing at the Vital Health Care Centre.
Charmaine believes Sports Kinesiology is the best way to help a person achieve their goals in relation to any aspect of their life.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Health Science (Sports Kinesiology)
- Certificate IV in Fitness (Personal Training)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Level 1 Acrobatic Gymnastics and Women's Artistic Gymnastics Coach
- Certificate III in Aqua and Certificate in Water Running
